Built for Belgium

The Belgian rules are baked in.

Built for one person with a van, not for a mid-sized firm with its own admin team.

VAT 6% with the right legal note

Pick 6% for renovation work older than ten years and the PDF automatically adds "art. KB nr. 20" underneath. Nothing to forget.

Late-payment law on every invoice

The €40 fixed fee plus statutory interest sit at the bottom of every invoice. You're legally stronger when a customer doesn't pay.

Day to day

Everything for the job, from quote to payment.

Make quotes

Pick items from your catalog, add labour, send the PDF to the customer. Verbal agreements get marked approved without sending anything.

Send invoices

One click from a closed project. Ask for an advance before you start, log cash payments on site, send reminders for late payers.

Share the schedule

Drag a project onto your calendar. Sync with Google, Apple or Outlook via iCal. The whole crew sees what tomorrow looks like.

Photos and notes on site

Before you start, after day one, after the fix. All linked to the project. The customer can pull it up later via email.

Catalog that grows with you

"Double socket" entered once is available forever. Build kits for repeat installs like a kitchen electrical setup.

The fixed flow

From empty account to first invoice in an afternoon.

Nothing to memorise. The screen points you to the next step every time: quote, work, invoice, paid.

KBO, VAT, IBAN, logo. Three minutes of work. Once filled in you never have to do it again.

02

First customer and project

Working room by room on a renovation? Create zones with checklists. Billing by the hour for a callout? A separate project type without a quote step.

03

Quote, work, invoice

Send a quote. Customer accepts or not. You do the work and close the project. The invoice generates from the project.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Does this replace my accountant?
No. Accountants are still needed for year-end filings, VAT returns and advice. TradesPlanner makes sure what you hand them is already in order, so the work goes faster.
What about reverse-charge VAT (medecontractant)?
On the roadmap, alongside our Peppol integration. From 2026, Peppol becomes mandatory for B2B invoicing in Belgium. For B2C work and standard B2B with VAT, TradesPlanner already works.
What if I want to leave?
Your data stays yours. You can export everything at any time. GDPR right-to-be-forgotten is built in.
